This office is in-network with most major insurance companies including (but not limited to): Kaiser, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Health Care, Aetna, Medicare, and ILWU.

Please note that not all insurance plans include chiropractic benefits meaning our services might not be covered by your insurance regardless of us being in network with your health insurance provider. You can verify your insurance benefits by contacting your insurance provider directly. We verify insurance benefits prior to treatment of new patients.

This is a price provided to those whom do not have health insurance or who’s health insurance does not provide chiropractic benefits. Paying with paper cash is not necessary to receive this pricing.

Please present to us your identification card (ID) to receive a discount- if you qualify, please ask!

HSA, FSA, cash, credit/ debit card, Venmo, and check are accepted in this office. We do not keep cards on file for payment purposes.
